  • How can I contact customer service?

The easiest method is to send us your questions or comments at the contact us page, ensuring your message gets to the right person to respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible.

  • How can I pay for my purchases?

Credit Card. This is the recommended and quickest way to pay - just click on the 'BUY' button and you'll be on your way.  We accept both Mastercard and Visa credit cards over our secure payment system.

Cheque or Money Order.  Please contact us to inform us of your order and arrange payment procedures. 

Direct bank deposit.  Please contact us to inform us of your order.  We'll then pass you all the relevant details.

PayPal.  If you have a PayPal account, you can send money to orders@tigermusic.com.au.

  • How do I know my credit card details are safe?
    All our online transactions are conducted through PayPal, providing reliable and secure 128-bit security encryption.  This means your credit card details remain completely safe.
  • How long will it take for me to receive the items I ordered?
    We post Australia wide and dispatch every order as we receive payments which means you'll usually get your items within one to five working days.
  • How much does postage cost?
    Postage is absolutely free Australia wide - we've taken out the hassle and hidden fees of postage!
  • Can I return my items for a refund?
    Please email us within 30 days of delivery at returns@tigermusic.com.au and we will arrange for any unused items to be exchanged or have your payment refunded.  We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc).

    Please note: There are no returns on console game purchases.
  • I'm an artist, how can I get my music on your site?
    We'd love to help you get your music out there.  If you want TigerMusic to promote your music, go to the contact us page.
  • What if the item I'm looking for isn't in your catalogue?
    If you're after any particular artists or titles, go to the contact us page and let us know.  We'll do our best to get hold of it for you.
  • I live outside Australia. Do you ship to other countries?
    We are always happy to service anyone who would like our products.  Please contact us first and we'll let you know what can be done. All prices on the site are in Australian dollars.
